The area
At the East side of Venø Bay you’ll find this small and quiet holiday area Ejsingholm nearby a good beach. The area is surrounded by water and fields. Ejsingholm offers possibilities for bathing, windsurfing and fishing. You can relax by the beach and enjoy the attractions in the area. Among other you can visit the Geddal Meadow which is a protected area for birds. The nearest town is Vinderup 6 km from the area. Here there is a grocery store. There are only 20-25 km to the cities Skive, Struer and Holstebro. All cities with shops, restaurants and museums. There are several attraction in the area. You can visit the Spøttrup Castle, Hjerl Hede and the flowerpark Jesperhus. At the harbor in Handbjerg it is possible to rent kayak’s etc.
