A peaceful holiday near the water could be just what you need to recharge your batteries. In this holiday home, you not only stay close to the Limfjord, but you can also enjoy the view of the water from the living room, with the beach just a short walk away.

Welcome inside
This is an older house from 1972, full of charm and with a practical layout for four people. The most de­light­ful room is the living room, where you can enjoy board games around the dining table and long reading sessions in the sofa corner near the wood stove – just remember to look up every now and then to enjoy the fjord view! One bedroom is furnished with two single beds, and the other with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fun­ctio­nal­ly arranged with a dis­hwas­her, microwave, and other ap­pli­an­ces, including a washing machine if you need to do laundry during your stay.

Enjoy life outside
The 1252 m2 plot is cozily arranged with a lawn and wild ve­ge­ta­tion. The trees provide some shelter and shade, but the area is also open enough to let you enjoy the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings. There is also a south-facing tiled terrace where you can barbecue and truly enjoy holiday life.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
A path leads directly from the holiday home's grounds down to the water. You do not have to walk far before reaching the shoreline, whether you head towards Skibsted Fjord or Nissum Bredning, both part of the Limfjord. If you would like to go for a swim, the beach at Lyngs Drag offers coarse sand and shallow waters. You can also take a trip to Agger if you would like to ex­pe­ri­en­ce a swim in the North Sea. A holiday in this area provides excellent op­portu­ni­ties for a wide range of water sports, from surfing and stand-up pad­dle­bo­ar­ding (SUP) to kayaking and catamaran sailing. The sur­ro­un­dings are also ideal for walking and cycling along the fjord, where the scenic landscape and maritime at­mosp­he­re create the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with plenty of time for re­flection, to­get­her­ness, and genuine Limfjord charm. A wellness visit to Sydthy Kurbad, a round at the 18-hole golf course in Hurup, or a hike in Thy National Park are all excellent options. Jesperhus Flower Park can be reached in ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 45 minutes by car. You may also be tempted by a ferry trip to the charming island of Venø.
