The house is filled with natural light and features vaulted ceilings. It includes a well-equipped open-plan kitchen that flows into the living room, which boasts a wood-burning stove and a lovely dining area. There is plenty of space for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy each other's company. On chilly days, you can light the wood-burning stove and get cozy indoors with a board game—perhaps ac­com­pa­nied by some homemade buns—while the firewood crackles in the hearth. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace and garden. The house features three bedrooms and one bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower, as well as a washing machine; a tumble dryer is available in the out­bu­il­ding. The house offers ample op­portu­ni­ty to retreat for a nap or to settle in with a good book.

Enjoy life outside

In the lovely, sheltered garden, you can make the most of warm days and mild evenings. There is a large, partially covered terrace where you can sit com­fortably even if the evening dew begins to fall. Is there anything better than sitting back to enjoy the darkness and the peace, perhaps with a glass of wine or a nice cup of tea or coffee? Here, you will find the perfect setting for so­ci­a­lizing, re­laxa­tion, and nature ad­ven­tu­res. You are close to a great swimming beach, as well as beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings and forests. Next to the local su­per­mar­ket (Brugsen) at Vem­me­tof­te­vej 5, there is a charging point for electric vehicles. The garden also offers plenty of space for ball games and play.

The house is within walking distance of the charming town of Rødvig, home to an in­tri­gu­ing marina and fishing harbor. You will find excellent shopping options at the well-stocked local su­per­mar­ket, Dagli’Brugs. Enjoy a meal at one of Rødvig’s fine re­stau­rants. You can visit Stevns Klint (Stevns Cliff) and the Cold War Museum Stevns­fort, both of which offer plenty of acti­vi­ties for children and adults alike. The 22-kilometer-long Stevns Klint coastal path begins in Rødvig and ends at Bøgeskoven Harbor. Along the way, you will encounter a wealth of beautiful natural sights—including the Boesdal Limestone Quarry with its striking pyramid structure, the Old Church in Højerup, and the Stevns Ligh­t­hou­se. Stevns Klint is a UNESCO World Heritage site. During your journey, you can stop for a good cup of coffee, a delicious meal, or an ice cream at Traktørstedet in Højerup.
