Very nice and very well maintained wooden house with great location only 50 meters from lovely child-friendly beach in Rødvig. Within walking distance to cozy Rødvig with the exciting yacht and fishing harbor. Good possibility of shopping in the well-stocked Dagli 'Brugs. Enjoy some food at one of the good restaurants in Rødvig. Stevns Klint walkingpath “Trampestien”, which is 22 kilometers long, starts in Rødvig and ends up in Bøgeskoven Havn. The walk, on top of the cliffs, offers you a lot of beautiful nature experiences all along the path - including Boesdals Kalkbrud with the amazing pyramid, The Old Church in Højerup and the Lighthouse of Stevns. The house is only 1 hour drive to Copenhagen with all its exciting attractions.
You come into the house through a nice, bright entrance - in the small hallway there is a top-operated washing machine and cabinet. From the entrance you enter directly into a beautiful, nice kitchen. In the kitchen there is a stove with 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, and everything else you need to cook and service.
Lovely bright living room with dining area in open connection with the kitchen. Nice room with sofa and 2 armchairs. Wood stove. Here you really can relax, enjoy reading a good book and drinking a cup of coffee. Exit from the living room to the beautiful wooden terrace with good garden furniture, and to a very nice enclosed garden. From the terrace there is limited view of the water.
