This holiday home has a magnificent panoramic view. The house has a large living room with a wood burning stove and a door to a balcony and it´s in open connection with the kitchen. In addition, there is a separate room with shower and a separate toilet as well as a walk-in closet and 3 good rooms with respectively 2 bunks, 2 single beds and 3 single beds. There are also a smaller basement area, where is a nice corner sofa as well as a double bed, a brick fireplace and door to a terrace. The house is in the most beautiful surroundings with lots of bird and wildlife around it.
The house is the perfect starting point for activities and excursions on Funen or perhaps an island trip in the South Funen Archipelago.
The area
The idyllic harbour town Fåborg is not far away from the area with nice shops, cultural sights, restaurants and an indoor swimming-pool. South Funen is known for its very special and hilly nature with Svanninge Bakker, the so-called Funish Alps, and the beautiful and unique archipelago. Take a day trip to the islands of Lyø, Avernakø or Ærø. The ferry leaves daily from the harbor in Faaborg. Egeskov Castle, which is one of Funen´s largest attractions, is also worth a visit as well as Odense, Funen´s largest town, with many sights and attractions.
