Both the main house and the gu­est­hou­se have two bedrooms and a bathroom, and the latter even has its own small kit­che­net­te, flat-screen TV, and dining table, making it a fully fun­ctio­nal unit. When everyone wants to spend time together, the spacious and bright living area in the main house – where the living room and kitchen are combined – is the perfect meeting point. Here you can whip up something delicious in the well-equipped kitchen, and after enjoying a good meal, it’s wonderful to relax together in the com­fortab­le sofa area.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, it’s equally clear how well the holiday home and sur­ro­un­ding areas are main­tai­ned. Both the classic Skagen house and the timber-clad annex have ex­cep­tio­nal­ly well-kept façades, and the fenced lawn and expansive paved area are in excellent condition. Facing the road, there’s plenty of space to park one or more cars, while at the back, the paved area serves as a large, private terrace space – just imagine how lovely it will be to sit here and soak up the sun in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings when you’re not out exploring Skagen and its sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Ulrik Ples­ner­s­vej 25 is a wonderful place to spend your holiday. The sur­ro­un­dings are peaceful, yet it’s easy to walk into town – whether you’re heading towards the charming pe­de­stri­an street, the lively harbour area, or one of the town’s many fa­sci­nat­ing museums. Skagens Museum is, of course, a must if you want to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the most famous paintings of the Skagen Painters. And if you’d like to follow in the painters’ footsteps af­terwards, you can head over to Brøndums Hotel for lunch at this legendary venue. It’s also a great idea to fill your holiday with beach trips and scenic excur­sions, and you might like to end the day with a visit to Gammel Skagen to watch the sun set into the sea.

Remember that at the nearest Fe­ri­e­part­ner office you can always borrow handcarts, hig­h­chairs, and cots. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them again once your holiday has come to an end.
