This property has been part of the townscape for about a century, and during its recent renova­tion, a light and romantic interior style was chosen – one that exudes summer, cosiness, and joyful days. Spread across two levels, the 110 m² home provides plenty of space for shared moments and peaceful privacy. The three bedrooms are located upstairs, while the ground floor includes a small ad­di­tio­nal living room – perfect for re­tre­at­ing with a good book, unless you'd rather unwind with a soak in the house’s bathtub. The eat-in kitchen is a cosy gathering spot, and in the spacious living room, you’ll find a wood-burning stove, dining table, and a comfy sofa corner – ideal for enjoying life at a slower pace.

Enjoy life outside
French doors from the living room lead directly onto a large, lovely terrace that stretches out toward the enclosed, south-facing backyard. You’ll find several sheltered spots to choose from, meaning you can always enjoy a peaceful corner in the sun – whether it’s for your morning coffee, a light summer lunch, or a freshly grilled dinner under the open sky. There’s ample space to park out front – but you may find little need for the car, as most of Ålbæk is within walking distance. From the quiet Samsøvej, it’s just a few hundred metres to the coast, where a long, white sandy beach awaits. The new harbour bath with sauna is a great way to extend the bathing season for both locals and guests.
