Bright and welcoming holiday home with wellness fa­ci­li­ties and lovely terrace

This de­light­ful holiday home radiates a relaxed holiday at­mosp­he­re: all rooms have a bright and friendly feel, there is a spa bath and sauna in one of the bathrooms, and outside, a beautiful sun terrace awaits on the natural plot. And it certainly doesn’t hurt that the house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short drive from Ålbæk Beach, Hvide Klit Golf Club, and Råbjerg Mile.

Welcome inside
There is a light and airy feel to the holiday home’s interior, with bright wooden panels on the walls, a high vaulted ceiling, wicker chairs around the dining table, and other charming fur­nis­hin­gs. The wood-burning stove in the living room is ready to turn up the cosiness if the weather isn’t quite summery – and on a cool day, it’s also wonderful to treat yourself to both sauna sessions and warm spa baths in one of the bathrooms. There are three bedrooms in total, and you can also make use of the loft if some family members would prefer to sleep up there. The loft even has a TV, which will no doubt tempt the children to make it their own cosy hideaway.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to a lovely terrace, which will quickly become the family’s favourite spot once summer arrives in Lod­sko­vvad. Thanks to its south-facing position, the terrace is beau­ti­ful­ly sunny, and the sur­ro­un­ding fence provides both shelter and privacy – perfect for sun­bat­hing in the loungers, playing cards in the shade of the parasol, or preparing dinner on the barbecue. To the east of the house, there is also an open terrace, which is an ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee in the day’s first rays of sunshine, while both the family and the scenic sur­ro­un­dings slowly wake up.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is well situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, and from this peaceful address, it’s very easy to explore North Jutland’s stunning nature. Ålbæk Beach and a string of other beautiful Kattegat beaches are close by, and if you’d like to visit the North Sea one day, it’s only a short drive to Kan­de­ste­der­ne or Skiveren Strand. Both Bunken and Ålbæk Klit­plan­ta­ge are perfect for walking and running, and a trip to Råbjerg Mile is a must when you’re staying so close to the enormous migrating sand dune. If you want to visit Skagen during your holiday, you can get there in about 20 minutes by car – or around an hour by bike through the bre­ath­taking landscape.

Remember that at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Ålbæk you can always borrow handcarts, hig­h­chairs, and cots. You can pick them up directly at our office and return them again once your holiday has come to an end.
