Unplug and enjoy the holiday life in this bright and well-appointed holiday home at Lyngstien 17 in Ålbæk. The house offers a well-fun­ctio­ning layout for up to six people and is situated on a lovely natural plot just 500 metres from a child-friendly sandy beach.

Welcome inside
Inside the holiday home, which was suc­ces­sful­ly renovated in 2021, the at­mosp­he­re is bright and airy. All three bedrooms are com­fortab­le for sleeping, and one of them even has a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall if you wish to end the day by watching te­le­vi­sion. In the living room, you can also gather for cosy movie nights in the sofa area—unless you prefer spending time playing card games, doing crossword puzzles, or enjoying relaxed con­ver­sa­tions with your loved ones. The living room is equipped with both a wood-burning stove and direct access to the terrace, making it a pleasant place to be all year round. In the open-plan kitchen, you will find all the necessary fa­ci­li­ties for preparing meals.

Enjoy life outside
The bathroom is bright and well main­tai­ned like the rest of the house, but when the weather allows, you can also enjoy your morning shower outdoors under the outdoor shower—what a wonderful way to start the day! Sunny hours can be spent on the large, south-facing wooden terrace, which is well screened from the road and offers views of the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings. As evening ap­pro­a­ches, you and your loved ones can relax in the lounge furniture while the grill is being prepared—and surely dinner tastes even better when enjoyed in such calm and idyllic sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Lyngstien is a cul-de-sac, and at the end of the road a path leads through the dune landscape all the way down to the Kattegat and the white sandy beach. The water along the Jutland east coast is shallow here, making it ideal for both children and adults to play, paddle, swim, and enjoy time by the water. For a pleasant walk, you can follow the coastline to Ålbæk Harbour—perhaps to enjoy an ice cream or lunch by the quay, take a dip in the harbour bath, or relax in the sauna. Ålbæk town centre is also easily ac­ces­sib­le. Both the town centre and the train station are within walking distance from the holiday home, ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 800 metres away. Nearby you will also find the Farm Fun animal park and Ålbæk Dune Plan­ta­tion. The nearest golf course is just a ten-minute drive away, and Skagen can be reached in only 20 minutes by car.

Please remember that you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Ålbæk. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them once your holiday has come to an end.
