From the living area, large double doors open directly onto the deck. The house features three com­fortab­le bedrooms, all with double beds and located at one end of the house, near the bathroom. Overall, you get a spacious sum­mer­hou­se with plenty of room for everyone.

Enjoy Outdoor Living
The house is situated on a large plot of land at the end of a dead-end road in a peaceful area, offering plenty of space for outdoor acti­vi­ties. The grounds are sur­ro­un­ded by lush greenery, allowing you to enjoy the sun in private sur­ro­un­dings. When it’s time for a swim, simply throw a towel over your shoulder, the beach is only 400 meters away. You can soak up the sun on the lovely southwest-facing decked areas, and when the evening dew falls, you can find cover under the roofed area.

Explore Local Ex­pe­ri­en­ces
The sum­mer­hou­se is within walking distance of the beach at Sejerø Bay. This coastline is renowned for excellent fishing; you will often see anglers along the shore fishing for sea trout or garfish (May-June), and spear fishing is also a popular sport here. A visit to the charming harbor town at Sjællands Odde is highly recom­men­ded—here you can enjoy a great lunch and an ice cream. You can also buy fresh seafood to take home from the im­pres­si­ve local fis­h­mon­ger, which offers a wide array of de­li­ca­cies. If you fancy a day of shopping, visit Nykøbing Sjælland town, which features a cozy pe­de­stri­an street with cafes and shops. Daily groceries can be purchased there or at the local store Su­per­brugs, in Havnebyen. The local winery, Ørnberg, is also well worth a visit for a guided tour and a chance to buy their fantastic wines.
