Great spacious house on a beautiful plot, ideal for 2 families. Close to beach with a jetty. The annex functions as a separate habitation with its own bathroom. The garden is completely fenced.
Interior
The house is light and spacious with an open kitchen to a dining room and lounge with wood burning stove and sea view through the huge panorama windows. Here you can enjoy togetherness, “hygge” and games for up to 11 persons.
There are 3 good bedrooms in the main house, 1 with single bed and 2 with double beds. In addition a nice bathroom and a utility room with washing machine. The annex contains 2 bedrooms with double bed, single bed and bunk bed and bath. In front of the main house there are two great terraces, one open and one covered. Here you can listen to the roar of the sea, enjoy a barbecued fish and watch the sunset.
Location / the area
The house is located very close to a lovely stony beach. If you use the bathing jetty, there is always a nice sandy bottom. So if you like activities on the beach, this location is perfect. The area also invites to bicycling, walking trips and angling. Not far from the holiday house you find the charming Havnebyen at Sjællands Odde. So if love fresh fish, there is a smokehouse, a fish monger and fish restaurants in the village. We can also recommend the many farm shops or the famous vineyard Ørnberg in the vicinity.
