In the lovely living room, which is connected to the large, stylish open-plan kitchen, you can gather around the sofa area for a board game or a caffe latte. If you are preparing a meal, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for great con­ver­sa­tions around the kitchen table. The sum­mer­hou­se also features 2 fantastic bathrooms and three lovely bedrooms. Eve­ryt­hing in the house appears new, bright, and tasteful. The house is fully insulated for year-round use and has un­der­floor heating throug­hout.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is just a short stroll from Ordrup beach, which is a perfect sandy beach. Here, you can either swim straight from the shore or jump into the water from the jetty. The kids will love building sandcast­les or go scrimp fishing while you listen to the waves. On the beautiful patio, you can lie back and enjoy the sun while listening to the birds singing, or you might be lucky and see a deer run past. After a wonderful day at the lovely sandy beach, a glass of bubbly in the lounge area is highly recom­men­ded.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces
This sum­mer­hou­se is located in Ordrup near the cosy village with a small pond, where you can sit and enjoy a cold local beer or visit one of the small charming re­stau­rants. You can also get a fantastic ice cream and delicious fresh Danish pastries here. In Kårup forest near the sum­mer­hou­se, you will find a perfect nature play­gro­und for the kids or a chal­len­ging mountain bike trail. If you really want to get your heart rate up, we recommend a bike ride on the Hill Route (Bjer­g­ru­ten), which passes very close to the sum­mer­hou­se, a 37 km long cycling route with more than 500 meters of elevation. If you are into golf, Dragsholm Golf Club is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. For a truly extra­or­di­nary ex­pe­ri­en­ce, don’t forget to visit Dragsholm Castle (Dragsholm Slot), which serves the most exquisite dinner and holds a Michelin star. In Anneberg Culture Park near Nykøbing Sj., you will find Mota, another excellent Michelin-starred re­stau­rant.
