Spacious, lovely holiday house with a neig­h­bouring forest and only 450m from the beach in Veddinge Hills

Interior

The holiday house is built on two levels and with ex­cep­tio­nal­ly good materials. It contains a fantastic open kitchen with ample dining space, so here you can cook your meals on a big gas cooker. There are also two ovens, a dis­hwas­her and any equipment you may need. From the kitchen you have access to a really nice and spacious living room, where the stunning incident light and bre­ath­taking view cannot be described – it must be ex­pe­ri­en­ced. There is a big master bedroom with a double bed, as well as further three great bedrooms, one of them with a canopy bed and access to a lovely con­ser­va­tory (the double beds are elevation beds). Plus two nice bathrooms, one of them with a hot tub. The house also offers fantastic terraces, divided into several sections, from where you can enjoy the view of the huge park-like plot towards the small lake, the forest or the sea in the horizon. You can also be lucky to see a roe deer passing by, but remember to enjoy the sun as well as the silence. After a wonderful day at the beach it is straight­forward putting a couple of fresh fish on the barbecue and just enjoying life. And do not forget the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to use the outside shower or prepare your dinner in the outdoor kitchen.

Location / the area

The area is scenic and un­du­lat­ing. From the house you have the most wonderful view of the forest, so if you love getting out into nature or acti­vi­ties by the sea, this house is a perfect base. If you brought your bicycle along, you can challenge yourself in the hilly sur­ro­un­dings and not at least in the section of the Tour de France route that took place here in Odsherred in 2022. You should also go up the Esterhøj Hill to enjoy the fantastic view of Odsherred. If you want a nice lunch or an exquisite gourmet ex­pe­ri­en­ce, you can visit the re­stau­rant at Dragsholm Castle, rewarded with a Michelin star. The children will love spending a day in Odsherred Zoo or the amusement park Som­mer­land Sjælland.
