This amazing summer house appears bright and inviting, and it is radiating a wonderful holiday at­mosp­he­re. The heart of the house is the kitchen-dining area, which invites many cozy moments of cooking and re­laxa­tion at the dining table or in the lounge area, where you can enjoy an evening on the sofa with a good book or with a film on the TV. Thanks to the practical layout of the house, adults can enjoy their evening without waking the kids, as the door in the hallway leading to the bedrooms can be closed se­pa­ra­te­ly, offering direct access to the terrace from the kitchen area.

Enjoy the outdoor life

The outdoors features a large decked area, which catches both the morning, midday, and evening sun—providing ample op­portu­ni­ty for re­laxa­tion in one of the sun loungers. The deck is the perfect spot to get together for a barbecue under the parasol. When the evening dew falls, you can still enjoy the evening from the roofed part of the deck. The cozy plot features small trees and shrubs and oozes charm and at­mosp­he­re. The wonderful sandy beach is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the property.

Ex­pe­ri­en­ce local acti­vi­ties

The summer house is located near the famous Gud­min­d­rup Beach, known for being one of Od­s­her­red's best sandy beaches, ex­cep­tio­nal­ly child-friendly and featuring beautiful dunes. A short walk to the south brings you to the stunning nature area, Korev­ler­ne, home to a rich variety of birds and wildlife. For a fun family day out, we highly recommend a trip to the Som­mer­land Sjælland amusement park, which offers fun for both kids and adults with its many rides and a water park. A nice family dinner can be enjoyed at Café Solvognen by Højby Golf Course. For a true gourmet ex­pe­ri­en­ce, visit Dragsholm Castle, which holds one Michelin star. If you brought your fishing rod, head to Gniben at Sjællands Odde for great fishing spots, and don't miss the annual Mackerel Festival at Odden Harbour in August. In Højby, you can also try your luck at the fishing lake Brynshøj Put and Take.
