The apartment is bright and inviting, offering 80 m² with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and three bedrooms – ideal for five adults and one child.

The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfast or a relaxed holiday dinner. The bathroom is modern and practical with a shower and good storage space. The apartment is heated with district heating.

Enjoy life outside
The apartment is so close to the beach and marina that you can hear the sound of the waves. Behind the house, there are benches and tables, or you can simply stroll down to the harbor and enjoy the lovely sur­ro­un­dings. With just 200 meters to the sea, there’s no excuse not to take a re­fres­hing dip in the clear water or unwind with a good book on the beach.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The apartment is ideally located near Ballen’s marina, sandy beach, and the town’s cozy at­mosp­he­re. Just 150 meters away you’ll find one of Samsø’s best swimming beaches, and along the coast, you can enjoy scenic walks.

The marina is only 200 meters away and offers great dining options, specialty shops, local crafts, and a grocery store. Ballen is a popular holiday desti­na­tion with several re­stau­rants. In the summer, small concerts bring a vibrant and charming at­mosp­he­re to the town. Children will love catching crabs at the harbor or playing at the new water play­gro­und.

Roughly 6 ki­lo­me­ters north of the apartment, you’ll find Samsø Golf Club – one of Denmark’s most beau­ti­ful­ly located golf courses. It's de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit, espe­ci­al­ly if you want to combine a good round of golf with Samsø’s stunning nature.

Near the golf course, also just 6 ki­lo­me­ters from the apartment, is the charming village of Besser. Here you’ll find a cozy café and shop – or stop by the im­pres­si­ve col­lection of classic Morgan cars at the Morgan Garage. From the village’s lookout tower, there’s a fantastic view over the eastern fields.
