Description
This beautiful and inviting summerhouse is perfect for relaxing in front of the wood-burning stove, but with a large garden and only 500 meters to a sandy beach, the summerhouse is perfectly located to enjoy Samsø's beautiful nature.
Interior
The entrance hall of the house also serves as a bright and open distribution corridor. Throughout the hallway and kitchen is a tiled floor, which is both beautiful and practical. The summerhouse has two bathrooms with entrances from the hallway. One bathroom is large and bright with white wooden walls, tiles and a spacious shower. The second toilet is smaller but here is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The summerhouse has two good bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In total, there is room for 4 overnight guests. The bedrooms are decorated in a cosy summerhouse-style with pictures and bright but atmospheric colors. The rooms also have closet space, bedside lamps, electric radiators and windows overlooking the garden.
The kitchen is open and connected to the dining area and living room. Here you can prepare your meals and enjoy the view of the green garden while still being part of the social life in the living room. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. So you'll have everything you need to prepare your holiday meals. The kitchen and living room have high ceilings, creating a lovely open space with plenty of natural light.
The dining table is centrally located in the room, and the large south-west-facing windows overlook the garden and fields outside. The dining area also has two garden doors to a south-facing terrace and the partly covered west-facing terrace. This makes it ideal for taking your meals or morning coffee outside as soon as the weather allows you to.
Next to the dining table is the sofa corner, where you can relax and enjoy a boardgame or switch on the TV which has a Chromecast, where you can watch your own content via your mobile/tablet and the WiFi.
There is also a wood-burning stove in the centre of the living room that provides warmth and cosiness in the gathering-room, creating a lovely summerhouse atmosphere.
Outdoor
The summerhouse is situated on a large plot with a lawn surrounded by trees and shrubs. You can be completely undisturbed here, except for the occasional deer or hare which might pass by. The house overlooks fields and Nordby Church, which is beautifully situated outside the town.
In the garden, children can play or have a game of football. If you prefer to take it easy and enjoy the view, there are several places where you can sit in the garden furniture depending on whether you want shelter, shade or sun. You'll also find a parasol and a barbecue available to use, as well as various garden furniture and sun loungers. It's great to enjoy your meals here on the large, partially covered wooden terrace. In the evening, it is possible to enjoy the sunset over the fields and northern Samsø.
