Welcome inside
The holiday home is a beautiful, fun­ctio­nal and architect-designed house, so every detail has been carefully con­si­de­red and the cosiness is top notch. You'll im­me­di­a­te­ly feel the cosy at­mosp­he­re in this holiday home. The living room has a wood-burning stove by the sofa furniture, so when you light the stove and relax with some music, a book or good con­ver­sa­tion, it doesn't get much better. The living room also has large windows over­look­ing the garden and terrace, so the living room is flooded with light. It's also easy to access the terrace via the patio door in the living room and kitchen.

The kitchen is a lovely open-plan kitchen that is directly connected to the living room. A kitchen ‘island’ provides extra space and the op­portu­ni­ty to cook meals together, or you can simply keep each other company when you cook. Around the dining table, there's plenty of space and large windows for a good view of the garden. Here, the greenery is almost indoors, and when the weather permits, you can easily walk from the kitchen and sit outside.

The holiday home has three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. So you can easily ac­com­moda­te six guests and enjoy a good night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor close to the kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom even has access to an east-facing terrace, so you can step right out and enjoy the morning sun.

On the 1st floor is another bedroom with plenty of space, a desk and a view of the green sur­ro­un­dings. Above the staircase on the first floor is also a landing with more seating, so you can also retreat up here and enjoy the peace and quiet and the good light that comes into the house. There is also a final room, which is locked as it is private. The toilet is on the ground floor and it's a spacious bathroom that has a washing machine and plenty of space for everyone on holiday.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is sur­ro­un­ded by a lovely, enclosed garden with trees and shrubs. So you can enjoy being outside on the terrace or relaxing in the grass in complete privacy.
The kitchen and living room open onto the south-west-facing terrace with plenty of space for garden furniture so you can enjoy your meals outside. An extension shields you from the neig­h­bours and provides a nice shelter when you sit out here. On the other side of the house is another terrace that can be accessed from a bedroom. This means that you can always find a place outside with shelter and maybe even sun.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces
The house is pea­ce­ful­ly located in the popular holiday home area, Mårup Øster­strand, located on the northern part of Samsø. The house is just 550 metres from a lovely beach, so it's easy to go for a swim.

In Nordby Bakker there are many beautiful hiking trails that give you the op­portu­ni­ty to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the hilly ice-age-landscape and enjoy the view of the Kattegat. Close to the holiday home is Mårup town, which has a Dagli´ Brugs with shopping op­portu­ni­ties throug­hout the year. There are also bicycle hire, a gallery and cafés, among other things. Don't miss a visit to Nordby, where there are small shops, cafés and charming half-timbered houses around the street pond.

On Samsø's south island, you'll find Samsø's largest town, Tra­neb­jerg, where there are several shopping op­portu­ni­ties and a wide selection of spe­ci­a­li­ty shops. Within a few ki­lo­metres, you can visit many charming and cosy villages, where there are also many small gems worth visiting.

The southern part of Samsø also offers various re­stau­rants, and Ballen in par­ti­cu­lar is bustling in the summer with small concerts, shops and re­stau­rants close to the harbour life.
