Welcome inside
This holiday home offers enjoyment and re­laxa­tion close to the beach, so you can look forward to a wonderful holiday here. The gathering space of the holiday home is the kitchen-living room, where the windows in the gable face directly onto the beach and the beautiful east coast of Samsø. The ceiling goes all the way up, creating a lovely open space with plenty of light. You'll im­me­di­a­te­ly feel that it's great to stay in this house and you'll quickly find yourself in a holiday mood. From the cosy sofa corner, you can enjoy the view of the sea for hours. Of course, you can also settle down with a good book, chat about the day's ex­pe­ri­en­ces or switch on the TV.
As an extension of the sofa corner is the kitchen, which is decorated in a bright and cosy style that is con­si­stent throug­hout the house. The dining table is centrally located between the kitchen and the sofa, making it a natural gathering space for you during your holiday. The open-plan kitchen has plenty of space for you to prepare your holiday meals and spend as much time together as possible.

The bedroom is another bright and spacious room, with plenty of storage space and a com­fortab­le double bed to ensure you get a good night's sleep. From the bedroom there are patio doors to the south-facing terrace. So it's possible to walk outside directly from the bed and watch the sunrise. You can also open the door slightly and listen to the sea waves from your bed.

A di­stri­bu­tion corridor connects the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and the entrance hall. There are two bathrooms in the house. One bathroom has a window facing the sea, so the view when you're in the shower couldn't be more beautiful. The second bathroom is accessed from the terrace. Here you'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer, and it's ideal to take a shower here if you've been to the beach. Both bathrooms are decorated in a beautiful and inviting style where every detail has been thought of.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is secluded from the road and is shielded from the neig­h­bours, which means it's com­ple­te­ly peaceful and quiet to stay here. There are several great places to enjoy the sea view and the sun when it shines on Samsø. The south-facing terrace provides access to the kitchen-dining room, bedroom and bathroom. It's a lovely terrace with shelter and sea views, so it's ideal to take your meals out and spend many hours outdoors here.

In front of the house to the east is a lovely space with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the sunrise and the sea breeze from the front row. If you walk along the path from the house down to the beach, there is a small plateau with garden furniture that belongs to the house. Here you can always sit down and enjoy the beach and summer holidays to the fullest.

You can park by the road and even charge your electric car.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Located just 10 metres from one of Samsø's best beaches and only 500 metres to Ballen, you can't get much closer to some of the best ex­pe­ri­en­ces Samsø has to offer. Ballen is a popular marina in the summer. There is a wide selection of re­stau­rants, shops and small concerts during the summer months, creating a lovely and lively at­mosp­he­re.

Just 4.5 ki­lo­metres north of the holiday home is Samsø Golf Club, which is probably one of Denmark's most beau­ti­ful­ly situated golf courses. The golf course is always worth a visit and is a great place to spend time if you want to enjoy both golf and Samsø's beautiful coastline.

Southern Samsø is home to many cosy villages with local shops, cafés and galleries. Visit Besser north of Ballen or Brundby with The Rockhotel, which hosts concerts throug­hout the year. Just 3.5 ki­lo­metres from the holiday home is Samsø's largest town Tra­neb­jerg, where you will find op­portu­ni­ties for shopping, Samsø Museum and the island's tourist in­for­ma­tion.
It's easy to cycle around and visit the villages and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the island life.

The Northern part of Samsø also offers bre­ath­taking nature and you shouldn't miss out on a walk in Nordby Bakker. There are several hiking trails in the beautiful ice age landscape and you can enjoy the view of Issehoved, the nort­her­n­most point of Samsø. When it's time to eat, charming Nordby also has several good re­stau­rants and small shops selling local produce.
