The rural and idyllic ex­pe­ri­en­ce is gu­a­ran­te­ed in this cosy country house on southern Samsø, with only 2 ki­lo­metres to the lively harbour town of Ballen and one of the island's best sandy beaches.

Interior
This rustic country house is well furnished with a cosy and bright kitchen room. The kitchen has eve­ryt­hing you need for preparing your meals during your holiday. The kitchen is equipped with a dis­hwas­her, cooker, fridge and freezer and from the kitchen there is a lovely view of the garden and the fields.

In con­nection with the kitchen is a dining area and a wood-burning stove which creates both warmth and cosiness in the kitchen /dining room. In addition to the wood-burning stove, the house also has a heat pump that helps regulate the tem­pe­ra­tu­re. At the dining table there is space for all the guests in the house to eat or play a board game together. Next to the dining table is a cosy landing with two beds, which can be used both for sleeping and relaxing. There is also a wall-mounted TV with a Chro­mecast where you can stream your own content via mobile/tablet and the free WiFi available.

Next to the dining area, there is also a lovely living room with com­fortab­le sofas and space for so­ci­a­lizing or reading a good book.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms with com­fortab­le double beds. One bedroom is an extension of the living room with French doors, while the other two bedrooms are by the entrance hall. In the entrance there is plenty of space to hang coats and put on shoes before con­ti­nu­ing into the kitchen. The house has plenty of space for up to 6 adults and 2 children staying overnight.

Outdoor
The house is located by a quiet country road on a large natural plot with beautiful views of fields. Behind the house is a secluded garden with shelter from the westerly wind. Here there is plenty of room for play and acti­vi­ties, but as it is a natural garden, there is primarily room for trees and plants. There are old fruit trees, grass, and flowers.

To the east there is a lovely terrace with morning sun, so it is ideal to take your coffee or meals outside as soon as the weather permits.

Location
The country house is situated in the quiet co­un­trysi­de sur­ro­un­ded by fields. There is a short distance to the east coast, and you can walk to Ballen in about 25 minutes. Ballen is a cosy and active harbour town in the summer months with various re­stau­rants and a grocery store. In addition, it is only 5 ki­lo­metres to Tra­neb­jerg, which is Samsø's largest town and has a wide selection of cosy specialty shops and grocery stores.

On Samsø's southern island there are many ex­pe­ri­en­ces that you can easily bike to. The house is within a short distance to Brundby Rockhotel, where there are concerts and great ex­pe­ri­en­ces all year round. Brat­tings­borg Manor and Vesborg Ligh­t­hou­se in the far south are also beautiful places to visit. The many small villages are only a few ki­lo­metres from each other, and here you'll find cosy ponds, cafés and shops with beautiful goods.

Issehoved is Samsø's nort­her­n­most point, and here you are gu­a­ran­te­ed beautiful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces and walks in the unique, slightly hilly landscape.
