Welcome inside
The holiday home features three bedrooms and, with its 84 m², com­fortably ac­com­moda­tes six guests – so depending on the size of your family, you might even invite the grand­pa­rents or a few friends along. The layout also includes a bathroom with shower, washing machine and un­der­floor heating, as well as a lovely living room with a sofa area, dining table and open kitchen. In part of the living room, the ceiling is open to the ridge with skylights that let in extra daylight. Thanks to the heat pump with cooling function, you can easily adjust the tem­pe­ra­tu­re to your liking while enjoying life indoors.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to a large wooden terrace that wraps around the house. This makes it easy to find the perfect sunny spot to relax – and if you prefer a bit of shade during your afternoon nap in the sun loungers, just open the parasol. A barbecue and garden furniture are available, and children can have fun on the swing or in the sandbox. The large lawn on the 2,552 m² plot is great for ball games and other outdoor acti­vi­ties. If you're in the mood for a quiet moment, gather around the firepit. Fishing ent­hu­si­asts will also ap­pre­ci­a­te the outdoor fish cleaning station.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is situated on a small side road off Ålbækparken, a peaceful, closed holiday area. A short walk takes you to Ålbæk Beach – one of the Limfjord’s loveliest bathing spots, with shallow water and a bathing jetty. If you’re not in the mood for a swim, building sandcast­les, or col­lecting shells and stones, you can explore the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings – perhaps on a hike to Kås Hoved. A visit to the medieval Spøttrup Castle is also highly recom­men­ded, and for families with children, a trip to Jesperhus Flower Park is almost a must. There, you’ll find fun rides, a zoo, and all kinds of colourful flowers to admire.
