The 70 m² ground-floor apartment was built in 2011 and is full of charming details – including a large window that lets in plenty of daylight and hig­hlights the im­pres­si­ve ceiling height in the living room. A small but well-equipped kitchen is in­te­gra­ted into the space, and directly above it you'll find a large loft, which makes for a cosy reading and play nook as well as an extra sleeping area. The layout also includes a bathroom with a shower and two good-sized bedrooms fitted with com­fortab­le beds. All rooms have un­der­floor heating, so the tem­pe­ra­tu­re can easily be kept pleasant year-round.

Enjoy life outside
The apartment has its own private entrance, and just outside, you’ll find a wooden terrace well-po­si­tio­ned for catching the sun. With garden furniture and a barbecue at your disposal, it’s ideal for enjoying your summer days outdoors when you're not off exploring the local area. If you're into sailing, there's also the option to rent a dinghy with an outboard motor.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Whether you bring your own kayaks or take advantage of the boat rental, the fjord is just 200 metres away. There’s a small jetty and slipway, making it easy to access the calm, shallow water. From the beautiful beach at Vile Vestergård, you can enjoy views across the Limfjord to the Sal­lings­und Bridge, which connects to the island of Mors and the popular Jesperhus Flower Park. The cosy harbour town of Glyngøre is just a few ki­lo­metres away, and the apartment makes a great base for exploring Salling and the sur­ro­un­ding area – whether you’re visiting the medieval Spøttrup Castle, the market town of Skive, or the small Limfjord island of Fur.
