Welcome inside
Inside the 90 m² summer house, there is a lovely at­mosp­he­re. The house was built in 1960 and beau­ti­ful­ly renovated in 2019, balancing charming retro details with modern design. The natural sur­ro­un­dings remain largely untouched — and thank­ful­ly so, as cosy moments by the wood-burning stove are made even better with the backdrop of the blue sound and lush coast. The living room reveals the view through a large west-facing window, and from one of the three bedrooms on the first floor, you can also wake up to the beautiful sight. A bathroom with shower and un­der­floor heating is located on the ground floor, and there is, of course, a kitchen as well. It is open to the living room, giving you plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy your holiday together.

Enjoy life outside
The 1,820 m² natural plot sits on a high hilltop in the fjord landscape, which is exactly why the view is so bre­ath­taking. You can enjoy the nature from the west-facing terrace outside the living room, and a path also leads to a viewpoint bench. On the south side of the house, there is another terrace, and in one corner of the plot stands an outdoor shower with hot water — perfect for a morning rinse or when returning from a day at the beach.
Charging an electric car is possible but only if you are a Clever customer.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The road where the summer house is located is a dead end, so only neig­h­bours and any guests pass by the property. If you want to explore the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings yourself, the beach is only 300 meters away, and even closer is Hotel Pinenhus with its re­stau­rant. When staying so close to Lim­fjor­den, it’s natural to fill your holiday days with swimming, coastal walks, and maybe even SUP or surfing. You can also cross the Sal­lings­und Bridge to Legind Bjerge for hiking or visit nearby Jesperhus, which offers a flower park, fun rides, a child-friendly zoo, and much more.
