Welcome inside
The 113 m² activity house was renovated in 2019, so you can enjoy the holiday life in bright and modern sur­ro­un­dings. In classic style, there are light wooden walls, visible ceiling beams, and a wood-burning stove in the living room, while the tasteful fur­nis­hin­gs, flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast, and energy-efficient heat pump help enhance your comfort. A well-equipped kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, which also has direct access to a fantastic activity room featuring mini table tennis, mini billiards, mini air hockey, electro­nic darts, table football, and an Xbox 360. There is also a sofa bed in the activity room, which com­ple­ments the double beds in the three bedrooms nicely. Centrally located in the house is a neat bathroom, and adjoining the garden room you’ll find an extra toilet with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

If you love outdoor life, fresh air, and green sur­ro­un­dings, the garden is a true paradise with a hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and a charming garden pavilion – in short, eve­ryt­hing your heart could desire in lovely fa­ci­li­ties. The garden is divided into two areas: in front of the house, there is a large open lawn, driveway, and a south-facing terrace, while the backyard is fully fenced so children and dogs can move safely.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The small, quiet Livøvej is located in a peaceful holiday home area on the northern tip of Salling. You’re just a few hundred meters from the waters of the Limfjord and a beach with a bathing jetty, which quickly becomes a hit with both children and adults. It’s de­light­ful to catch crabs and hunt for the prettiest shells with the little ones, and if you’ve brought SUP boards and fishing gear, the adults and older children can be en­tertai­ned for hours. You can also venture out into the beautiful co­un­trysi­de to explore Salling and the Limfjord island of Fur.
