Each day, you can decide whether you’re in the mood to relax in the wil­der­ness hot tub, cook meals in the outdoor kitchen, or compete in air hockey and table football in the activity room – and this is just a small selection of the many wonderful fa­ci­li­ties this lovely holiday home has to offer.

Welcome inside

The 113 m² activity house was renovated in 2019, allowing you to enjoy holiday life in bright and modern sur­ro­un­dings. In classic style, the living room features light wooden walls, exposed ceiling beams, and a modern pellet stove, while the at­tra­cti­ve fur­nis­hin­gs, flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast, and energy-efficient heat pump enhance comfort.
A well-equipped kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living area, which also has direct access to a fantastic activity room with, among other things, mini table tennis, mini billiards, mini air hockey, electro­nic darts, table football, and an Xbox 360. There is also a sofa bed in the activity room, which is a great sup­ple­ment to the double beds in the three bedrooms.
Centrally located in the house is a nice bathroom.

Enjoy life outside

If you love outdoor living, fresh air, and green sur­ro­un­dings, the garden is a true paradise with a wil­der­ness hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and a charming garden pavilion – in short, eve­ryt­hing your heart could desire in terms of excellent fa­ci­li­ties. There is a large storage room with an extra-large re­fri­ge­ra­tor and freezer, providing plenty of space for extra luggage, bicycles, sur­f­bo­ards, etc. Adjacent to the storage room, you will find an extra utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an ad­di­tio­nal toilet.
The garden is divided into two areas: in front of the house there is a large open lawn, driveway, and a south-facing terrace, while the backyard is com­ple­te­ly enclosed, allowing children and dogs to roam safely. If you arrive in an electric car, charging is available, making your arrival even more con­ve­ni­ent.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The small, closed Livøvej is located in a quiet holiday home area at the northern tip of Salling. You are just a few hundred meters from the waters of the Limfjord and a beach with a bathing jetty, which can quickly become a favorite for both children and adults. It’s great fun to catch crabs and search for the prettiest seashells with the youngest guests, and if you bring SUP boards and fishing gear, adults and older children can also enjoy hours of en­tertain­ment. You can also head out into the beautiful landscape to explore Salling and the Limfjord island of Fur.
