Ori­gi­nal­ly built in 1995, the house underwent a thorough renova­tion in 2021 and now appears almost brand new. The rooms are bright and inviting, and eve­ryt­hing you need for a cosy and com­fortab­le holiday is right at your fin­ger­tips. In the open-plan living area, which combines the living room and kitchen, you’ll find both a wood-burning stove and a heat pump with cooling function, allowing you to maintain a pleasant indoor tem­pe­ra­tu­re no matter the season. There’s also a TV with Chro­mecast if you're in the mood for a little en­tertain­ment, and the well-equipped kitchen provides excellent fa­ci­li­ties for cooking up tasty meals. Off the living area is a charming sunroom with great natural light and an open view of the lush garden. The sunroom also includes a double sofa bed, providing a great sup­ple­ment to the double bed in the main bedroom and the two single beds in the annex.

Enjoy life outside
From both the living room and the sunroom, you have direct access to a large, partly covered terrace area that wraps around the house to the east, south, and west. There’s also a smaller terrace on the north side, making it easy to find the perfect spot whether you're after sun or shade. The 2,608 m² plot offers plenty of space for outdoor games and fun – ideal for children and active ho­li­day­ma­kers alike.

The holiday home is located at the end of a small road in a peaceful holiday home area that opens directly onto the child-friendly Ålbæk Beach. It's just a few minutes’ walk from the house to the fjord, and a little further along the beach you’ll find a bathing jetty.The local campsite offers ice cream – perfect if you’ve worked up an appetite after some fresh air and swimming – and just a few ki­lo­metres away in Lihme, you’ll find all the es­sen­ti­als for your holiday shopping.Ve­stsal­ling is a wonderful holiday desti­na­tion: you’re close to the Kås peninsula, a fantastic nature area with a marked hiking trail, and only six ki­lo­metres from Spøttrup Castle, Denmark’s best-preserved medieval fortress.
