Welcome inside
The townhouse was built in 1986 and has since been suc­ces­sful­ly mo­der­nized. The at­mosp­he­re indoors is pleasant, both in the three bedrooms and in the living area, where the kitchen and living room are in­te­gra­ted. All rooms are nicely furnished, including the bathroom, which is located on the first floor. The kitchen is organized and fun­ctio­nal, featuring a dining area, while the living room offers com­fortab­le armchairs and a cozy sofa area. There is also a TV if you feel like watching a good movie – unless you find yourself cap­ti­va­ted by the scenic view revealed by the windows.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, there is direct access to the house's terrace, making it easy to move outdoor living into the open air when the sun shines. The terrace is sheltered from neighbors but otherwise open, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
