Welcome inside
The summer house was built in 1974 with a felt roof and dark wooden façade, beau­ti­ful­ly blending into the pi­c­tu­resque sur­ro­un­dings. You can also enjoy the green view from indoors while cozying up near the wood stove, as the large windows in the living room offer a clear view of the lovely trees on the nature plot. The property was carefully renovated in 2019 and equipped with con­ve­ni­en­ces such as a heat pump, a modern kitchen, and stylish fur­nis­hin­gs. At the same time, the original charm can still be felt, creating a wonderful at­mosp­he­re in the bright rooms of the summer house. The layout includes two good bedrooms and a nice bathroom furnished with un­der­floor heating, a washing machine, and a dryer. The afore­men­tio­ned beautiful kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, making it a de­light­ful space where you have plenty of room to relax and enjoy holiday life.

Enjoy life outside
On sunny days, cozy moments can also take place outdoors on the lovely terraces. There are several to choose from, including a south-facing partially covered terrace and a west-facing terrace that offers shelter between the house wings, creating a wonderful oasis. No matter where you settle down, you can enjoy the peace and privacy on the 2500 m² large and un­dis­tur­bed nature plot.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Open heath landsca­pes, dense plan­ta­tions, and white sandy beaches are part of Rømø's beautiful and varied landscape, and you have easy access to all of it when you stay in Bolilmark. For example, the beautiful and child-friendly Lakolk Beach is just a short drive away if you feel like taking a re­fres­hing dip in the North Sea. If you'd like to ex­pe­ri­en­ce Rømø from above, you don't even need to get the car or bikes out, as you have a short walk to Høstbjerg, the island's highest point, which is a lovely spot to enjoy the view. You can of course explore nature on your own, but there are also op­portu­ni­ties to join a guided excursion – for example, an oyster tour, where you can try your hand at gathering oysters in the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
