Welcome inside
There is a bright and friendly at­mosp­he­re in the house, which presents itself in a beau­ti­ful­ly updated condition. You feel im­me­di­a­te­ly at ease here, and in the large living area, the vaulted ceiling and exposed beams con­tri­bu­te to the charming ambiance. The large windows bring plenty of daylight inside, and on warm summer days, you can open the door to the south-facing terrace, allowing the outside and inside to blend seam­les­s­ly. The decor is fun­ctio­nal and provides the best setting for cozy gat­he­rings with family and friends during your holiday: the natural heart of the house is the large living area with a wood stove and in­te­gra­ted kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. In addition, there are three good bedrooms as well as a loft with extra sleeping spaces and a lovely view of the greenery outside. In 2024, new beds and mattres­ses have been added to the house, except in the room with the two single beds. Finally, there is a nice bathroom with a shower niche and sauna.<

The house is situated on a 1600 m2 large plot sur­ro­un­ded by pine trees. Here, you have your own private oasis where you can fully enjoy the tranqui­li­ty and leisure of your holiday. The house is optimally placed on the plot in relation to the sun, so you can look forward to plenty of sunshine hours on the lovely terrace. The lawn is large and flat—perfect for playing and ball games—and as an extra bonus, it is equipped with both a hammock, a play set, and a tram­po­li­ne.

The vacation property is located in a peaceful holiday home area in Toftum in the northern part of Rømø. Here, you will find the best con­di­tions for a holiday if you enjoy peace and unspoiled nature. Traffic is minimal, and there are beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings with flat mars­hlands and lovely heath landsca­pes—perfect for long walks and bike rides. From Høstbjerg, there is a beautiful view over Rømø and the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is also not far from the lovely sandy beach at Lakolk, where you can refresh yourself with a swim in the roaring waves of the North Sea.
