Welcome inside
Unlike most other resi­den­ti­al units in the de­ve­l­op­ment, this is an end townhouse, which means you only have neighbors on one side. Behind the tall thatched roof and red brick walls, you can look forward to enjoying life in bright and well-appointed sur­ro­un­dings, and with a total of 116 m² spread over two floors, there is plenty of space. The ground floor features a spacious entrance and a large kitchen-dining area where you can prepare meals and gather for delicious dinners and long con­ver­sa­tions. There is also one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and corner spa, while the first floor contains two ad­di­tio­nal bedrooms and another bathroom. A living room is also located upstairs, where you can really relax – whether it’s time to light the wood stove or if you prefer to leave the door to the balcony ajar. Finally, at the very top of the holiday home, you will find a loft with extra mattres­ses.

Enjoy life outside
From the kitchen-dining area, you have direct access to a large paved terrace where you can sunbathe in the loungers, grill, and enjoy good times around the garden table. On the other side of the house, there is a smaller terrace area, and from the living room on the first floor, you can step directly out onto a covered balcony, which is also a nice place to be. There are good parking fa­ci­li­ties at the house, and the green communal area has play fa­ci­li­ties for children and picnic tables where you can sit and enjoy the view over the Wadden Sea.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The natural sur­ro­un­dings around the summer house de­ve­l­op­ment are truly something special, which was un­der­scored when UNESCO de­sig­na­ted the Wadden Sea as a World Heritage site in 2009. From the communal area, you can admire the unique sur­ro­un­dings, and you can also head out to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the rich birdlife, collect oysters, or par­ti­ci­pa­te in a guided tour to learn more about the unique nature. From Kongsmark, you can easily get around Rømø, whether you want to swim in the North Sea at Lakolk Beach, take a walk in Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion, play golf near Havneby, or do something entirely different.
