The summer house’s 85 well-furnished square meters include a spacious bathroom with a sauna and three good bedrooms, ac­com­modat­ing a total of six holiday guests. However, the largest area is the living space, which consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room. Part of the living room is sunken, and here you’ll find a lovely cozy corner with a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, and com­fortab­le sofas. When it's time to eat, you can start preparing delicious meals in the well-equipped and fun­ctio­nal­ly designed kitchen area. Depending on the weather, you can use the heat pump—which can also cool—making it nice during the summer months. As a practical detail, solar panels have been installed in the summer house to keep energy consump­tion low.

Enjoy life outside
A large, partially covered tiled terrace wraps around three sides of the summer house, making it easy to find a lovely spot to relax, re­gard­less of the sun’s position in the sky. You can also lounge and play on the lawn, which, like the terrace, is won­der­ful­ly secluded and peaceful, thanks to the plot’s lush border planting. There's also good parking con­di­tions, as your car can be parked in the carport attached to the summer house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The Sønder­strand area is a fantastic place to spend a holiday, as it offers peace and quiet, diverse nature, and close proximity to various exciting holiday acti­vi­ties. From the summer house, you can walk directly into the nature that features open heath landsca­pes, Vråby tree plan­ta­tion, the beach of Sønder­strand, and of course, the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The in­cre­di­bly wide Sønder­strand beach is a perfect place for various forms of water- and wind­sports, and horseback riding along the beach is also organized for horse lovers. If you play golf, Rømø Golf Club is not far away, and in Havneby, you'll find eve­ryt­hing from shopping options to dining establis­h­ments, bicycle rental, wellness center, and the family-friendly Rømø Play and Maze Park. From the harbor, you can take the ferry to List on the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt if you feel like enjoying a pleasant boat trip out on the water.
