The holiday house is beau­ti­ful­ly placed on a 1.528m2 big, peaceful plot with high trees, creating a calm, green windbreak around the area. From the garden a private path is leading directly to the sea, and you can reach the beach on foot within less than two minutes (200m) – ideal for bathing, catching crabs and fun by the sea.

Welcome inside

The house was renovated in 2020 – now with a spacious open living room with double-height ceiling, an open kitchen, three bedrooms, two toilets and a bathroom plus a big, open family room with beautiful visible beams. The rallying point is the big living room with a new wood burner, a bay and double terrace doors towards the south-west facing terrace, creating a warm and inviting at­mosp­he­re. The kitchen is equipped with modern white goods and ample table space, so that several people can cook at the same time. Perfect as a setting for common cooking and cosy chats.

Enjoy life outside
The house exudes tranquil­li­ty and re­laxa­tion with several cosy corners and small lounge areas, inside as well as outside. The interior design is tasteful and con­si­stent with calm colours, use of wood and with focus on comfort, re­laxa­tion and quality. The house has a big outdoor terrace of 60m2 with a big dining section, an outdoor lounge with a soft sofa and chairs, space for sun­bat­hing with sun beds and a movable parasol plus and outdoor bar with dart. The house also offers a covered terrace with shelter, where you find a lovely dining section and another lounge area with a soft sofa and chairs. As an ad­di­tio­nal treat you also have the use of a new Morsø outdoor fireplace that can function as bonfire cosy times as well as a heater and a pizza oven (with firewood that you have to buy in addition).

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

Located in the scenic Geopark Odsherred with access to paths at the forest Rørvig Sand­flugts­plan­ta­ge, Skan­se­ha­ge and Korshage nature reserve – ideal for walks and bird watching. Only a short walking distance to Rørvig harbour, where you can enjoy the at­mosp­he­re of the harbour with ice cream, crabs, small shops and stalls, re­stau­rants etc. Do not forget to visit Anneberg Culture Park with the gourmet re­stau­rant MOTA, the local beer from Deeper Roots and the local Dansk Tang(=Danish Seaweed) who are also arranging seaweed safaris. All of them ex­pe­ri­en­ces that you will remember long after the holidays have ended.
