This beautiful renovated brick house is located in a natural setting with open meadows and fields near Sønder­strand and the village of Havneby. On the enclosed terrace, where a wil­der­ness bath awaits you, you can enjoy the peace and the scenic natural sur­ro­un­dings.

Welcome inside.
This 98 m² holiday house was renovated in 2010 and presents itself as bright and friendly, with modern amenities and a well-thought-out layout. The kitchen and living area are openly connected with an in­te­gra­ted fireplace in the center of the room, allowing you to enjoy the warmth and the sight of the flames when relaxing in the sofa area. There is also a heat pump and a flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast. In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find all the ap­pli­an­ces you need for cooking – including a dis­hwas­her to make cleaning up after meals easier. The house also features a spacious bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as four good bedrooms with sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments for a total of eight people.

Enjoy life outside.
On the southern and western sides of the house, a large tiled terrace extends. The fencing ensures you always find a shady spot, and you also have the option to use the wil­der­ness bath if re­laxa­tion and wellness are on the agenda. Please note! The wil­der­ness bath can only be used during months when there is no risk of frost.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Rømø is a beautiful place to spend a holiday. For example, you can ride on the stunning and in­cre­di­bly wide Sønder­strand, which is only two to three ki­lo­me­ters from the house. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there are marked riding trails in both the Vråby and Kirkeby plan­ta­tions. If you prefer enjoying nature on a walk or a bike ride, that is of course also possible. A re­fres­hing swim in the North Sea, an oyster safari in the Wadden Sea, or a visit to the golf course can also be in­te­r­e­sting acti­vi­ties. In the cozy village of Havneby, you can go out to eat and quickly do your shopping at the su­per­mar­ket and fish shop.
