The layout includes four com­fortab­le bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, as well as two stylish, mo­der­ni­sed bathrooms that underline the high comfort level of the house. One of the bathrooms also features both a spa bath and a sauna, allowing you to indulge yourself all year round. The holiday home is bright, modern and ta­ste­ful­ly furnished throug­hout. Great care has been taken with the details, from the stylish choice of furniture to the carefully co­or­di­na­ted textiles and har­moni­ous colour palette, all coming together to create a warm and inviting at­mosp­he­re. The overall interior design is cohesive and elegant, where quality and ae­sthe­ti­cs go hand in hand.
The sleek, well‑equipped kitchen was replaced in 2022 as part of a suc­ces­sful mo­der­ni­sa­tion and is openly connected to the living area. The living room impresses with its vaulted ceiling, wood‑burning stove, wonderful natural light and views of the sur­ro­un­ding nature plot.

The holiday home is pea­ce­ful­ly located at the end of Mågevej, right next to the tranquil natural sur­ro­un­dings of Bolilmark. Nearby, a cycling and walking path leads directly to Lakolk, where you can swim in the North Sea and enjoy the wide sandy beach. You can also explore Tvismark Plan­ta­tion and walk through the heathland to the viewpoint at Høstbjerg. Your holiday can also include an oyster safari in the Wadden Sea (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), a round of golf at Rømø Golf Club or a ferry trip to the neig­h­bouring island of Sylt from Havneby. As a special bonus, you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret – a perfect outing for both children and adults.
