The ground plan is well-di­stri­bu­ted in this townhouse, which offers two com­fortab­le bedrooms, a neat bathroom with a shower, and a lovely living area with an open-plan kitchen and living room. A half wall creates a natural division, and there are a couple of steps down from the kitchen to the living room – but it’s still easy to grab your coffee and afternoon cake in the sofa area. The dining table in the living room is also a cozy gathering spot when you want to challenge the family to a game of yatzy, share a nice meal with your loved ones, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment in the beautiful natural light that pours in through the large southeast-facing windows.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house features two great terrace areas, so you can choose where the sun and shelter con­di­tions are best. However, the enclosed terrace facing southeast is the largest, and it’s from here that you can gaze over the heather-covered area down toward the marsh and the Wadden Sea – so it might just become your favorite spot for a large part of the day. Both terraces are equipped with good garden furniture, and thanks to the parasol and grill, you can find shade on a warm summer day as well as prepare dinner outdoors.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From Lyngvejen, it’s just under a kilometer to the center of Havneby, so if you want to buy fresh seafood from the fis­h­mon­ger, rent a bike, or dine out, it’s easily doable. There’s also a well-stocked su­per­mar­ket in town – or you can visit the bakery and the local grocery store on Hav­ne­by­vej for your holiday shopping. As the view to the Wadden Sea clearly indicates, the summer house is very close to Rømø’s east coast, and you can quickly reach the west coast by car or bike. The wide and in­cre­di­bly beautiful Sønder­strand Beach is the closest, but the more family-friendly and very popular Lakolk Beach is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit or two.
