Charming wooden cottage located in Rødvig's old holiday home area. Close to child-friendly beach and forest. The house is located on a nice plot with lovely planting, and a lovely west-facing terrace with good garden furniture where a cup of coffee and a good book can be enjoyed. In Rødvig there are several good re­stau­rants, and the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of grocery shopping in the well-stocked Dagli 'Brugsen. Dagli' Brugsen is open on Sundays, and here you can buy briquet­tes/wood for the stove. At Rødvig harbor you can buy lovely fresh fish in Rødvig Fisk.
The house contains: hall with entrance to a lovely bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Washing machine. Tumble dryer in out­bu­il­ding.

In the living room there is a nice large dining table and chairs, cozy sofa corner with sofa, wicker chairs and coffee table. From the living room exit to the lovely partially covered terrace with good garden furniture. Space for ball games and play in the garden. The stove is easy to light up, and creates a cozy at­mosp­he­re in the house.
