Both the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and equipped with induction cooktops, an oven, a dis­hwas­her, a washing machine, and a dryer.

The outdoor space is designed for re­laxa­tion, with two large terraces perfect for unwinding. An outdoor shower is ideal after a day at the beach, and a covered outdoor room with a fireplace extends the evenings while allowing for grilling. For children, a tent, toys, a parasol, and garden furniture are available.
