Welcome inside
The classic wooden summer house was built in 1978, and after a careful renova­tion in 2015, it appears neat and well-main­tai­ned. The kitchen has been mo­der­nized, providing you with a lovely workspace featuring an oven at standing height, a dis­hwas­her, and other de­light­ful details for preparing dinner. The kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, which also offers a wood stove, a heat pump, a dining table, a com­fortab­le sofa area, and a nice view of the green natural sur­ro­un­dings. The fun­ctio­nal layout ad­di­tio­nal­ly consists of three bedrooms, an entrance with a washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom—where you can relax in the sauna in true indulgent style.

Enjoy life outside
The living room’s garden door gives you direct access to a large and lovely terrace. It’s a wonderful place to daydream while enjoying the good weather and the view over heather and pine trees—and there’s both a covered and an open area to choose from. You can also settle on the east side of the summer house, where there is another terrace that is espe­ci­al­ly sunny in the morning.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is beau­ti­ful­ly set back on a 2,600 m² nature plot that borders an open natural area. Bolilmark is sur­ro­un­ded by the most beautiful heath landscape, and espe­ci­al­ly in late summer, it’s an im­pres­si­ve sight when the open vistas turn com­ple­te­ly purple from the blooming heather. Tvismark Plan­ta­tion is also close to the summer house if you feel like going for a forest trip, and if the North Sea seems tempting, you’re just a few ki­lo­me­ters from Lakolk Beach. On Rømø, it’s naturally also obvious to take a closer look at the Wadden Sea, as this mag­ni­fi­cent tidal area is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, recog­nized as a unique spot on the world map. You’ll find a good selection of shops and eateries on Rømø, and espe­ci­al­ly in the summer, you can also find roadside stalls where you can purchase local honey and seasonal ve­ge­tab­les.
