The apartment measures 62 m², which includes a bedroom with a double bed, an entrance with a washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom equipped with a lovely shower niche. However, the majority of the square footage is dedicated to a de­light­ful living room with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen area: it is a bright and airy space where you can enjoy good meals around the dining table and indulge in pure re­laxa­tion in the sofa area. The bio fireplace is ready to enhance the coziness, and through the large windows, you can enjoy the nice view of Havneby stret­ching all the way to the dyke. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, the living room sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed, allowing the apartment to ac­com­moda­te four holiday guests in total.

Enjoy life outside
You have outdoor areas on both sides of the apartment: By the entrance, there is a small seating area where you can sit and enjoy the lovely view of the harbor and the Wadden Sea. Due to its east-facing position, this is also the perfect choice if you like to have your morning coffee in the sun. Later in the day, you can settle down on the large balcony, which is oriented towards the southwest and also serves as a nice lookout point.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The central location makes holiday life par­ti­cu­lar­ly easy. If you run out of milk, you can quickly hop down to the local su­per­mar­ket and be back before the coffee is ready. There’s a good selection of dining options nearby, and if you want to play golf, rent bikes, or stroll by the harbor, you won’t have to go far from the house. From the harbor, you can take the ferry to the holiday island of Sylt for a de­light­ful day trip – this will also give you a chance to sail on the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site as one of the world’s most important wetland areas. On Rømø, you can explore the beautiful nature and swim in the North Sea.
