Both the summer house and the annex were renovated in 2021 to the highest standards. The result is suc­ces­sful, as the bright rooms are decorated in an in­cre­di­bly charming way with a wood-burning stove, nice furniture, and cozy knick-knacks – and it’s certainly a bonus that there is a view of the green nature plot through the windows. The summer house features an open-plan living room and kitchen, in addition to a layout that includes a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The annex offers a guest toilet with a washing machine and a cozy loft connected to the activity room. Here, you have the option to play pool, table tennis, and darts, and with armchairs and a double sofa bed, you can also relax and even spend the night in the room.

Enjoy life outside
It’s just as de­light­ful on the 4,000 m² nature plot, where you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy life. You can even spend the night outside, as there is a shelter in the greenery, and thanks to the outdoor shower, you can enjoy a morning bath under the open sky. Throug­hout the day, it’s wonderful to soak up the sun on the open terraces – possibly while the children play in the well-designed play area. Later, you might want to retreat to the covered terrace area, where it is cozy to sit with delicious food and good company late into the evening.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Kongsmark is centrally located on Rømø, and Småfolksvej runs across the island, making it easy to take trips in all di­rections. Excur­sions can con­ve­ni­ent­ly lead to Lakolk Beach, where you can swim in the North Sea and admire the open expanses, or you can head east to look out over the Wadden Sea towards Jutland. If you want to walk or run, you can visit the nearby Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion and the viewpoint Spids­b­jerg, and if you drive south to Havneby, you can shop at the fish shops, rent bikes, and take the ferry to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt. If you venture towards the mainland, you can enjoy the beautiful drive over the Rømø Dam.
