If your dream is to vacation in scenic surroundings, this charming wooden summer house is an obvious choice. From both the living room, the conservatory, and the terrace, you have the most beautiful view over a protected heath landscape, and a short walk from the house takes you to both Kirkeby Plantation and the Wadden Sea.

Welcome inside
Indoors, the atmosphere is bright and airy, as the many windows not only reveal the view but also ensure wonderful natural light. In true summer house style, there are unpainted wooden trims on the walls and a fireplace in the living room, and the cozy furnishings contribute to the pleasant ambiance. The living room and kitchen together create a large and delightful living space where you can enjoy cooking, board games, a good movie, or other shared vacation activities. Alternatively, you can have cozy moments in the conservatory, where the panoramic view truly impresses – and if it’s cool outside, you can treat yourself to a visit to the house’s sauna. The layout also includes a bathroom and three bedrooms, and all rooms present themselves in a neat and well-maintained manner.

Enjoy life outside
The south-facing terrace area of the summer house is perfectly oriented towards the sun as well as the view over the vast heath. While you sit and admire the natural surroundings, you can enjoy a good meal – which can even be prepared outdoors on the grill. The car can be safely parked in the carport, and there is plenty of space for play and garden games on the lawn.

Get up close to the local attractions
In addition to being adjacent to an open natural landscape, the summer house is located on a small street, which emphasizes the idyllic atmosphere. The nearby Kirkeby Plantation is a lovely place for a walk – and it is highly recommended to continue through the plantation and out to Spidsbjerg, which is one of Rømø’s highest points and therefore a great viewpoint. If you feel like heading to the water, you have easy access to both the east and west coasts of Rømø. To the west, you can swim in the salty waves of the North Sea at the child-friendly Lakolk Beach, and from the east coast, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Wadden Sea and towards the Jutland mainland. The Wadden Sea is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is also Denmark’s largest national park, with several excursions arranged if you would like to get to know the tidal area on a guided tour.

On the Wadden Sea island Rømø a unique landscape is waiting to be explored, especially the wide sandy beaches, that provide unforgettable memories. Rømø offers a variety of activities, including different forms of wind sports that only can be practiced in few places in Europe. There are two ways to reach Rømø - the causeway that connects Rømø to the mainland, and the ferry that shuttles between the popular German island Sylt and Rømø. This opens a variety of excursion options.
