In the first row to the fjord you find this unique holiday house. Please note that there are two houses on the plot. The house is an authentic Scandinavian holiday house which invites for cosiness and relaxation presenting a rustic but bright and warm interior design. The house is built in 1900 but was thoroughly renovated in 1993.
Interior
A 2 level holiday house with a steep staircase to the first floor. On the ground floor you find a separate kitchen, a cosy dining area with a kitchen storage bench, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the first floor you find a TV lounge and two cosy bedrooms. The house also contains a conservatory with a beutiful seaview. The furnitures are all made from dark tree - antique style and the rest are mixed types.
The location/ the area
The holiday house is located on a large 30.000 m2 natural plot in a very attractive area. Here you can find your inner peace and enjoy the fjord and the beautiful surronding nature. Do bring a kayak or a surfboard hence the location is ideal for water activities. The location is close to the beautiful lake Dybesø around which you can walk. Or visit Rørvig Havn where the maritime atmosphere, the fresh fish and the fish restaurant offer you relaxation and culinary hightlights/specialities. In Nykøbing Sjælland, close by, there are plenty of shopping opportunities.
