This red-painted house has stood in the scenic landscape since 1963 and still carries the charm of its era with fur­nis­hin­gs and décor that reflect an older style. It is not a modern holiday home, but a simple retreat with the special at­mosp­he­re only an older house can offer. The kitchen provides the basics for preparing your holiday meals, and in the living room you can gather around the dining table or relax in the sofa corner with a good book. On cooler days, light the wood-burning stove to fill the house with warmth and coziness. The layout also includes a bathroom and three bedrooms, giving you a practical base for restful holiday days.

Paved terraces on three sides of the house make it easy to find a sunny or sheltered spot throug­hout the day. Here you can listen to birdsong, breathe the fresh air, and enjoy views of the green ve­ge­ta­tion on the large natural plot of around 2,500 m².

In the area you can rent bikes, go horseback riding, or try both golf and mini golf. Along the coast, the Wadden Sea—listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site—awaits with its unique tidal landscape. From Havneby you can admire the view or even take the ferry to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt for a pleasant day trip.
