This renovated summer house has a truly unique location near the Wadden Sea, Tvismark Plantation, and the Rømø dam. Through the windows, you can enjoy the stunning views over open fields, while the enclosed terrace offers a secluded oasis on sunny summer days.
Welcome inside
The atmosphere indoors is bright and inviting in the summer house, which has been thoroughly renovated and tastefully furnished. The windows also provide wonderful natural light—and they are soundproof, contributing to a great sense of space. A lovely kitchen is open to the living room, so when it’s time to cook dinner, you can still be part of the shared holiday coziness. In addition to a dining table, living area, and flat-screen TV with DVD, the living room is equipped with both a wood-burning stove and an air-source heat pump, making it a year-round usable holiday home. As a pleasant detail, the bathroom features underfloor heating and a washing column next to the shower niche. Lastly, the summer house has three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds, while the third has two single beds.
Enjoy life outside
The summer house is situated on a 2,500 m2 plot, which includes swings and a sandbox for the youngest family members. Dog-friendly features have also been considered, as the terrace, which faces away from the road, is completely enclosed by fencing and boards. Whether you bring a dog on your holiday or not, the terrace is a wonderful place to relax in the garden furniture and enjoy the views of the green surroundings.
Get up close to the local attractions
It’s delightful to vacation so close to the Wadden Sea, which names the local national park and is even listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site as a unique marsh and tidal area. Tvismark Plantation, the viewpoint Høstbjerg, and the beautiful heathland are close to the summer house, and it’s only a few kilometers to Lakolk Strand when you feel like taking a swim in the North Sea. You’ll find a good selection of shopping and dining options on Rømø, as well as a golf course, riding centers, and guided nature tours, so you can easily fill your time here. Alternatively, a trip across the Rømø dam to the mainland is also recommended—especially since as guests in the summer house, you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
