Interior
The house contains hallway, bathroom with shower, open kitchen with dishwasher and a great living room with wood burning stove and heat pump. It has big glass sections making it possible to enjoy the panoramic view from the inside. There are 3 good bedrooms with single beds, double bed and a sofa bed for two. From the bedroom with single beds there is access to a loft bed with mattresses and a fantastic sea view. Washing machine in the shed.
Outdoor
The very spacious wooden and partly stone terrace goes all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time. The grass is being mowed around the house but the rest is a sloping natural plot with a rich fauna. You may use the wood from the covered woodpile but NOT from the neat pile in from the of the kitchen window. The nice beach can be reached by foot within 5 min. but not by car.
Location / the area
The holiday house is located in a quiet area in Veddinge Bakker in the middle of Odsherred Global Geopark. If you like walking or bicycling, this is perfect. You can reach the lovely beach within 5 min. by foot but not by car. In Asnæs there is a shopping centre with many independent shops. You can also visit Asnæs Art Museum or enjoy a refreshment at Café Udsigten with a stunning view of Sejerø Bay.
