This lovely holiday house with the view of the forrest, meadows and protected areas is only suited for the adult couple who wants peace and quiet. The large park-like garden invites for relaxation and cosiness. Here you have the perfect possibility to slow down. The house and the garden are not suitable for kids.
Interior
The carefully renovated holiday house contians a lovely living room where you can play cards and listen to music, or immerse yourself in a good book. A beautiful and well equiped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fine dining area. From both sides of the living room you have access to a large terrace/garden, where you can enjoy the sunligth and grill some nice food on the barbecue. In total, a bright and inviting house.
Location/ the area
The house is located on a hill in one of the most beautiful areas in Denmark, populated since the Stone Age. Here you reside close to the former limestone quarry in Klint, so whether you are into walks or bike rides in the beautiful landscape or want to build your own stone pile, this location is perfect. On a bike or by car there are numerous possibilities to have a swim on some of the many beaches and jettys close by. In Nykøbing Sjælland you can visit Museum Odsherred, the beautiful medieval church, the glass museum Hempels Glasmuseum that also arrange music events, or some of the many artists in their studios in the port area. Additional to the many shopping possibilities, a visit to the cosy pedestrian street with its many cafés and the new theatre is also recommendable. You find a lot of nice restaurants in the area like Højby Kro, Madkunsten in Nykøbing Sjælland, around the harbour in Odden, Rørvig Kro and Drangsholm Slot. There are also a lot of farm shops in the area where you can buy fresh vegetable, fruit and produce. All in all you can really enjoy high quality of life just staying in this area.
