Interior
This holiday house has plenty of room for the whole family with 3 bedrooms and an ad­di­tio­nal annex with a single bed and a X-Box 360 – perfect for the teenager of the family. The living room/kitchen gives you access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture. Lovely bathroom with hottub. For younger tra­vel­lers the house provides a cot, high chair, swing and a sandpit.

Outdoor
One terrace is accessed from the kitchen/dining area, which is a lovely south facing terrace. The house has four terraces, three open and one covered. The terraces provide you with furniture, parasol and a barbecue. The large garden is ideal for children and well equipped with a sandbox, swing and a good playhouse. Furt­her­more the house has an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower.

Location
In the large wooded area north of Mariendal towards Aarhus you will find a long mountain bike route. The area also offers great op­portu­ni­ties to play miniature golf, surfing, fishing and hiking. Also this holiday house is in walking distance to the fishing village Norsminde. Family or friends can be chal­len­ged in a game of bowling at “Kuglen og Keglen” in Odder. “Kuglen and Keglen” also offers food at rea­so­nab­le prices and takeaway.
