Lovely well-equipped toddler-friendly holiday home in a closed garden near Kysing

Super inviting family home, which undergoes con­ti­nuous interior and exterior renova­tions!

The house is painted bright, windows, lamps, curtains, etc. have been replaced. In 2022, a new dis­hwas­her was installed, new interior doors were fitted, new dining chairs, and a new wood stove.

Eve­ryt­hing has been made bright and lovely, and the spacious kitchen/dining area invites warm re­laxa­tion, with the crackle of the wood stove in the ba­ck­gro­und.

Very well-equipped kitchen with extra amenities, including a microwave, food processor, hand mixer, and blender.

From the kitchen/dining area, there is access to a newly covered composite terrace, with sun loungers and a sandbox, inviting both sun­bat­hing and a nice barbecue evening in good company.

Three good bedrooms and for the youngest guest, there is a crib with mattress, pillow, and duvet, as well as a high chair, changing table, and baby bathtub.

Lots of games and toys for the children. Large beautiful bathroom with shower.

Outside

Large enclosed garden sur­ro­un­ded by hedges directly to a protected area, with direct access to the beach. A new terrace was built in 2020, which is both open and covered, with garden furniture. The cottage is very child-friendly with swings, sandbox, soccer goal, Sports-Trainer, and sunken tram­po­li­ne.

Overall, a garden that invites a lot of activity. There is also a lot of outdoor toys for the children.

There is a robotic lawn mower in the garden, which will run every day during the high season. Please help it if it gets stuck, thank you very much - otherwise, it will be con­trol­led via GPS/App in the morning hours.

Location

The coastline at Kysing Strand al­ter­na­tes between mixed sandy beaches and more rocky shores, but at Pouli Nielsens Vej, there is a child-friendly sandy beach with a bathing jetty.

For fishing ent­hu­si­asts, the coast is a true paradise, as the varied coastline provides excellent fishing spots. The fjord itself is protected and thus closed for fishing, but at the dam, it is possible to fish in fres­hwa­ter.
