Interior
This is a large and spacious holiday home with a cozy living room and kitchen/ dining area. The living room has an alcove with two beds. Besides this there are two bedrooms in the house. In addition, there is an annex in the garden. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The cottage has a heat pump.

Outdoor
There is a lovely garden to the west with an adjacent preserved area with grass, trees and a relic. There is also a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture and for the younger guests there is a sandbox and swings.

Location
The cottage is situated on a small and quiet side street. The surroundings are undisturbed and yet only 200 meters from a family friendly beach. There is approx. a 15-minute drive to the city life of Aarhus and only a 5 minute drive to good restaurants in maritime surroundings such as the restaurant Norsminde Kro.
