Interior
The house is well main­tai­ned and have some nice rooms. 3 good bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other one with ¾ bed and the last one with a bunk bed. The bathroom has shower. In addition, the house has a newer bright kitchen with dis­hwas­her, an is placed in open con­nection with the living room. In the living room there is good dining area with view to the garden. The furniture is bright and there is lot of good seating. Big windows and exit to the lovely covered terrace.

Outdoor
From the lovely covered terrace there is view of the fjord. At the house you will find garden furniture and a large slightly sloping lawn with po­s­si­bi­li­ties to play. The cottage is on nature plot with raised trees and bushes. In the garden you will find many nice windless corners where the sun can be fully enjoyed.

Location
A smaller holiday home area located in the middle of green and peaceful sur­ro­un­dings, close to Horsens Inlet. The area is ideal for long walks. In the immediate vicinity of Amstrup lies Alrø, where you can swim but there is also good fishing op­portu­ni­ties and it is ideal for windsur­fing. At Alrø you will find good dining places during the summer season. For examples, try eating at Mølle­gaar­den, which is known far around for its delicious menues and cozy style. The re­stau­rant is located in the old pig stable, and has a cozy terrace outdoor. In Amstrup you will find Brand­by­ge­gaard, who produce its own wine. Amstrup is located close to three themed cycle routes, the village tour, church- and history tour and the nature tour. In the summer it is also possible to take the little bike ferry Gitte Marie, which sails between Alrø and Snaptun. Amstrup is located next to the birdy area at Gyllingnæs. In the area you will find several manor houses. There are also op­portu­ni­ties to surf, hike and fish in the area. Amstrup lays 15 min. drive from Odder, 25 min. from Horsens and 30 min. from Aarhus
