Indoor
The interior of the holiday home was newly renovated in 2019 and in 2024 all floors were renovated, new plaster ceilings were installed and the interior was painted, making the holiday home bright and friendly and very cosy. The centre of this holiday home is definitely the bright living room with the most amazing views of the sea. Access to the view terrace via a large patio door.
The living room is directly connected to the kitchen so everyone can have a good time together - even when preparing meals.
In addition, there is a cosy garden room facing the garden with a double sofa bed, which can be used both to relax in and as a bed. The single bed in the house is a lift bed. There is also a newly renovated bathroom with a shower and heated towel rail.
Outdoor
Wonderful location at the end of a closed road directly to the water - so the holiday home offers peace and idyll and a real opportunity to disconnect from everyday life. Lovely garden with covered terrace facing both the water and the garden. A new, larger terrace is planned for 2024, offering sun and shelter all day. Outdoor fireplace on the terrace facing the water. Many garden games available. There is a jetty to the right when standing on the beach. It is a sandy beach, but also a more mixed beach further around the headland
Location
The location on the headland in Kysing is fantastic for great walks both to the marina in Norsminde and around the headland. And you can also take walks into Norsminde Fjord. The trip around the headland could end with lunch or dinner at the harbour in Norsminde. There are two good places to eat here, Fiskehuset and Norsminde Kro, both of which have great views of the harbour.
Norsminde is located just south of Aarhus - so close to the city centre, where there are many opportunities to enjoy café life, for example by the river, which has opened up and is now the pulse of the city. Also visit the art museums Aros, Den Gamle By and Moesgaard Museum.
